Advertise to UCLA Residents

UCLA Residential Life offers four modes of advertisement on the Hill during the academic year. Flyers in residence halls, table tents in residential restaurants, digital displays in common areas, and social media promotion via the UCLA Housing accounts.

These opportunities are offered free of charge exclusively to campus departments and currently registered student organizations (SOLE: Student Organizations, Leadership and Engagement).

Submitting this request does not guarantee advertisement.
Please use the following guidelines while creating your designs:

  • Design is clean and clearly organized
  • Avoid using too many colors. Please limit the design to four colors
  • Avoid using extravagant fonts. Simple is always better.
  • Avoid using pixelated, stretched or watermarked images
  • Ensure your file size is correct

If approved, all materials must be provided in the formats and quantities listed below, and submitted a minimum of one week prior to the first day of your confirmed publicity reservation period.

All materials intended to recruit residents for research studies must include a current and valid UCLA IRB approval stamp.

All materials from sororities or fraternities must include the official Sorority / Fraternity Relations stamp.
