Small daily actions play a big role in keeping you and your community safe. Follow the tips below to ensure you're doing your part in keeping all Bruins safe!

Security In Your Living Space 

  • Be sure to keep windows secured shut and your room door closed. Use the door deadbolt lock for added security.
  • Be sure to keep valuable items (laptops, etc.) with you at all times and never leave them unattended in common spaces. 
  • For maximum safety and to prevent intrusion, never prop exterior doors. 

Staff Support

Building Access & Guests

  • You have access on your BruinCard to the building you live in and that building’s Front Desk. 
  • Building access is limited to staff, residents of the building, and their guests; guests must be accompanied at all times by the individual who brought them into the building. 
  • In buildings with Access Monitors, please register your guest with the Access Monitors before taking them to your room.
