Happy Thanksgiving, Bruins! Many of you will be leaving the Hill for a few days, but if you choose to stay on the Hill, that’s cool too!

$25 Shuttles to LAX

Got a plane to catch? Let UCLA Housing give you a ride to the airport!

UCLA Housing is selling $25 one-way shuttle rides from Hedrick Turnaround or Carnesale Commons to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Whether you live on The Hill or in University Apartments, you can catch a shuttle.

• Only one ticket per resident allowed.
• Ticket is valid only for the location, date, and time printed.
• All seating is guaranteed based on reservation.
• There will be one ADA equipped shuttle for each departure.
• Your will be charged to your BruinBill on Monday Dec 2.

We do not offer a return shuttle from LAX to UCLA.

What's Closed?

Campus offices and services are closed all weekend.

All UCLA campus offices and services are closed for Thanksgiving Day (Thursday 11/28) and the day after Thanksgiving (Friday 11/29).

Dining facilities are closed all weekend.

All on-campus residential restaurants and boutiques will be closed from Thursday, November 28 through lunch on Sunday, December 1. Meal service resumes with dinner on Sunday, December 1 at 5pm.

ASUCLA restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving Day.

All ASUCLA restaurants will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 28.

Recreation facilities are closed on Thanksgiving Day.

What's Open?

Housing facilities are open all weekend.

All on-campus housing facilities will be open during Thanksgiving Break, including the front desks. Your BruinCard will still grant you access to all facilities during the break.

ASUCLA restaurants will reopen on Friday 11/29.

• The BruinCard Center will not be open during Thanksgiving break. Please take extra precautions to ensure that you have your BruinCard on you at all times.
• University Police (UCPD) will operate as usual during Thanksgiving break.
• If it’s an emergency, call 911.
• If it’s not an emergency, call UCPD at (310) 825-1491 (x51491).
• For Community Service Officer (CSO) Escort Service to and from campus and the nearby area, please call (310) 794-WALK (x49255).
• Select RAs will provide duty coverage at night throughout Thanksgiving break to ensure safety in your building. During the day, duty coverage will be provided by a Resident Director.
