About Us
The UCLA Learning Centers provide dynamic environments that empower students to express their creativity, embrace innovation, and explore new ideas. We cater to the diverse needs of UCLA students, whether they reside on-campus or off-campus, and whether they are graduate or undergraduate students. Our extensive resources encompass study areas, a MakerSpace, a Gaming Center, a Multi-Media Production Studio for music production, photography, videography, and podcasting, and a wide range of other offerings!
Our dedicated team is composed of both professional and student staff who are eager to assist you in pursuing your passions, engaging in enjoyable activities, or simply finding a conducive space for your studies.

Visit Our Spaces
Sunset Village
The Sunset Village Learning Center is located in Delta Terrace Room 150 (across from the main entrance to Covel Commons) and is comprised of three spaces: Lobby/Video Game Lounge; Main Lab 1; Lab 2. The lobby offers couches and counter study space, along with 3 TV monitors for console gaming and two WEPA printers (B&W and Color). Main Lab 1 and 2 serve as study spaces with room for up to 20 people per lab.

Friday: 10am - 5pm
Saturday - CLOSED
Sunday - 5pm- 12am
De Neve Labs
The DeNeve Learning Center is located on the 3rd Floor of the DeNeve Commons building room P333 (next to the Dykstra Hall Bridge) It is compromised of three spaces: Lobby area, Music Production Studio, and computer lab. The lobby offers couches, outlets, and 2 WEPA Printers (one B&W and one Color). The Music Studio offers iMacs, various music production software, midi keyboards, beat pads, and a sound recording booth.

Friday: 10am - 5pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: 6pm- 10pm
De Neve Studios
The De Neve Studio is located on the 3rd Floor of the De Neve Commons building room (next to the Jacaranda Room and side by side with the media team room) and offers resources like green screen filming, private music studio sessions, and even professional podcasting.
Hours:
Sunday: 6pm-12am
Monday - Thursday: 12pm-12am
Friday: 12pm-8pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Makerspace
The UCLA Makerspace on the Hill is located in Olympic Hall. It specializes in providing support for student projects. Equipped with 3D printers, laser cutters, sewing machines, and woodworking and metalworking tools.

Monday - Friday: 11am-10pm
Saturday: 12pm-8pm
Sunday: CLOSED
Eclipse Gaming & Dev Lounge
The Eclipse Gaming & Dev Lounge is located in Rieber room RH145. Eclipse Gaming & Dev Lounge e will provide never-before-seen access to next-generation gaming resources. Students will have the option to use Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, high-spec custom PCs and peripheries, and a retro arcade machine with over 4000 games.

Friday: 4pm - 1am
Sunday: 6pm- 12am

Board Game Rentals
Take a break from screens and enjoy some old-fashioned fun with our board game rentals. From classics like Monopoly and Scrabble to newer games like Settlers of Catan, we have something for everyone.
Camera Kit Rental
@DeNeve LC, students may rent out a camera kit that includes everything you need to get an A on that school project or jump-start you on your photography journey!
Gaming
Unwind and level up with our Gaming resources. From next generation console gaming on the Xbox series x and PS5 to playing VR to even playing on high spec gaming PCs with peripheries! Click to learn more.
Music Production Kit Rental
@DeNeve LC, students can rent a music production kit that has all the essentials to produce music.
Podcast Kit Rental
@DeNeve LC, students can drop by and rent out a professional audio kit for school or personal podcasting!
Professional Music Production Studio
@De Neve LC, students can utilize access to high-end desktops and the official software to explore music creation or further improve!
Seasonal Keurig Coffee Station
During Finals period we provide students with the ability to recharge with a selection of tea, coffee, and other k cup options. Drop by and grab yours!
Study/Computer Lab
@Sunset and Deneve LCs, students can study, relax, or utilize the computers at our designated study/lab space.
WEPA Printing
@Sunset and DeNeve LCs, students have access to the WEPA printers for general printing purposes using fund on their bruincards
