Budget Breakdown:
Where does the money come from? Each resident pays $34.88 (the Hill) OR $27.94 (UAN) toward our association funds which are split between multiple line items. That money goes into your building’s University Credit Union account for you to manage and spend through the year. This money comes directly from the residents and should be spent towards improving the resident experience. A breakdown of the for the Hill and UAN can be found below.
